  • AmericasMart Logistics is the first and only trade mart owned and operated logistics company. We offer competitive pricing and unparalleled customer service to exhibitors of all sizes. Our goal is simply stated…we want to take the stress out of the shipping process and do it at competitive rates while offering the best customer service in the industry.

    1. Call AmericasMart Logistics at 1-877-588-5257 to schedule a pickup.

    2. Complete an AmericasMart Logistics credit card form. We will need this information before we can schedule your pickup. The form should be faxed back to 678-686-5257.

    3. Obtain a copy of the outbound material handling agreement (MHA) from the general service contractor of the show at an exhibitor service center location. You will need one MHA for every shipment you are sending. For example, if you are shipping materials to multiple locations, you will need multiple MHA’s.

    4. Once your empties are returned, pack them according to the guidelines.

    5. When your freight is packed, complete the outbound MHA. In the carrier selection area, be sure to write UPS Freight / AML as your carrier. The freight will not be released to us unless you enter this information on the MHA. Failure to do so may lead to the contractor re-routing your freight at your expense.

    6. In the “Bill to Section”, write AmericasMart Logistics; 4361 International Parkway, Hapeville, GA 30354. Also check on the MHA that the freight is “prepaid”.

    7. Sign and return the MHA to the general service contractor at the show. You will be given a copy of the MHA at this time. If you do not return this document to the general service contactor, your freight will not be picked up. Please fax a copy of your MHA to678-686-5257 as soon as possible.
  • For ground transportation, fees with AmericasMart Logistics are based on a state to state matrix we have put together with an associated fee per lb. shipped. Fees do decrease on a per lb. basis based on the amount of weight you ship. Here is a quick break down on where weight breaks exist:

    1-499 lbs  |  500-1499 lbs  |  1500-2999 lbs  |  3000-4999 lbs

    For expedited shipments that go via air, fees are determined on a total weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. To determine the dimensional weight of your shipment, use the following equation calculated using inches:

    (length x width x height)/192.

  • Please note the fees listed below are waived when using AmericasMart Logistics. These fees often add up to $100’s on top of what you have been quoted.

    Accessorial charges are charges a carrier will charge you for in addition to just the cost of transportation. Typical accessorial charges associated with tradeshow shipping are:

    Tradeshow Fee – Typically in the $30 to $40 range.

    Detention time – If your carrier has to wait to get loaded or unloaded, they typically charge you for this time in the range of $50.00 to $75.00 per hour.

    Notification fee – Typically in the $30 range to notify you that your shipment arrived at its destination.

    Re-weigh fee – Typically in the $20 range. Not all shipments are reweighed, but if you estimate your weight incorrectly and the carrier has to reweigh it to get an accurate weight they will charge you.

    Residential pick up / delivery – Typically in the $35 range.

  • AmericasMart Logistics has valuable industry relationships which help our clients with international transportation in a seamless manner.

  • The warehouse is open Monday thru Friday from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M. Pickups and deliveries can be scheduled daily between the hours of 1 and 4 P.M.
