Rock Reps is looking for sales representatives to join our team!
Based in the heart of Texas, Rock Reps is the exclusive wholesale distributor of American Darling products. We bring leather, cowhide, saddle blanket bags and western accessories to retail buyers Nationwide.
We are seeking energetic sales professionals who have had at least one year of sales experience (preferably in western fashion), with an existing customer base. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position of outside sales and inside sales; with a showroom located at the Dallas Market Center and Atlanta AmericasMart to showcase the brand. This position requires someone who is a go getter, detail oriented, and organized. Must be comfortable interacting and talking with buyers and calling on new and existing customers daily.
Additionally, we are looking for someone to receive samples and merchandise to the showroom, unbox, inventory, and merchandise the showroom to get ready for the customers to meet our energetic sales representatives for appointments and all major gift and apparel markets.

Responsibilities include presenting and selling vendors' products to new and existing customers; prospecting and contacting potential customers; reaching agreed-upon sales targets; resolving customer inquiries and complaints; setting follow-up appointments to keep customers engaged; attending both major tradeshows in Atlanta (January & July).
Qualifications include having previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields; having knowledge and/or experience with/of the Gift & Home industry; possessing the ability to build relationships with retail customers; you must have time management skills, be self-motivated and organized and own your own computer.

The exciting internship program that we provide includes the first steps of working in the busy market atmosphere. Interns will learn how to visually merchandize product, create orders for buyers during market, and overall customer service needed to be successful in the wholesale market industry. While being immersed in our lively internship program, students will gain valuable experience and important relationships from the Diverse Marketing team.
