Summer 2021 Atlanta Market Welcomes 25 New, Expanded and Relocated Home Décor Showrooms

Atlanta Market has confirmed nearly 103,000 square feet of new, expanded and relocated home décor showrooms in preparation for its Summer 2021 staging, July 13-19, 2021. The updates include 11 new showrooms – nearly triple that of the Winter 2021 Market – and 14 relocations and expansions that enhance the 300+ showroom home décor collection at AmericasMart® Atlanta to meet high consumer demand for home furnishings.

“We are seeing a major acceleration in leasing for the home décor collection in Atlanta, which mirrors the strength of this category during the pandemic,” said Scott Eckman, International Market Centers (IMC) chief revenue officer. "Designers stayed busy, and home décor sales have been robust at retail. Brands are using Atlanta Market to connect with buyers sourcing this hot category."

Creative Threads opens a new showroom for the Summer 2021 Atlanta Market

Atlanta Market’s Atlanta NEXT campaign, which refines the home décor collection, has yielded nine home décor brand relocations within Building 1 for Summer 2021: Balta Home (home décor and rugs), Loloi Rugs (rugs), Lucas + McKearn (lighting), Old South Accents & Lamps (lighting and ironwork), Stover Sales (representing 18 bathroom and kitchen plumbing lines), Stylecraft Home Collection (home accessories, furniture and lighting), Terracotta Designs (home décor and lighting), Veritas Home (home décor, gifts and tabletop) and Zentique (gifts, home accessories and home furnishings). Diamond Star (glassware, tabletop and home décor) relocates from Building 2. Additionally, the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Georgia Chapter moves its meeting room.

Expanding their showroom presentations are two brands: Celadon Art (framed art), which increases by nearly 1/3, and MooMoo Designs, Inc. (jewelry, fashion and home accessories) growing by more than 25% in a new location.

The Building 1 lobby level showrooms are fully occupied for the Summer 2021 market with new locations now open for Currey & Company (lighting) and Loloi (rugs) (in addition to its Floor 13 space). Together, the presence of these brands further enhances the arrival experience for design buyers during market and year-round.
