ADMISSION POLICIES

Please review the following policies before arriving at Atlanta Market. You’ll find answers to many frequently asked questions.

REGISTER

Atlanta Market is open to members of the home furnishings, gift and design trades, including but not limited to retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing companies, film and television production buyers and event planners. Atlanta Market is not open to the general public.

Attendees must provide one of the following showing you are employed in the industry:

  1. Company Issued photo badge with company name and registrant name listed.
  2. URL to website that shows your name and affiliation to the company.
  3. Copy of pay stub, W2 or 1099 with sensitive information removed, i.e. social security.

*Please note, letters of employment will not be accepted nor handwritten business cards.

Plus one of the following showing your company provides retail or service in the industry:

  1. Copy of interior designer license or certification
  2. Copy of architectural license
  3. Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the apparel, furniture, home decor, gift, jewelry or design industries. Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page.

*There is now an option to upload a paystub on step four of the registration process

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers must register for an Industry badge and be approved each Market through Show Management. This includes Manufacturer Representatives, Independent Representatives, or Suppliers to Atlanta Market exhibitors who do not register under an exhibiting company roster. Please visit the Registration Office in Building 1 for assistance. The registration fee is $50 per approved registration.

Sales Representatives should be registered under the company that they represent for a complimentary no-charge badge. Sales Representatives that do not register under an exhibiting company will be issued an Industry badge at a cost of $50 each.

Buyers may bring up to two (2) guests at a rate of $50 per person. Valid photo ID required. The spouse of a registered buyer in attendance will not be subject to a guest fee.

Approved media is welcome to attend Atlanta Market free of charge.

Children of buyers and designers, ages 12 to 17, are permitted as guests with proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, school identification, passport, etc.) Children under 12 years of age are strongly discouraged from attending Atlanta Market. A waiver will be required for anyone under 12 and the accompanying adult will receive a sticker affixed to their badge upon signing the child waiver. Infants under the age of one year will be permitted admission, but must be carried in a baby carrier or sling; no strollers are permitted.

*Strollers are not permitted during January and July Markets

Except for Service Animals (as that term is used in the Americans with Disabilities Act), buyers are not permitted to bring animals of any kind into Atlanta Market.

All photography in or of showrooms and on all exhibit hall floors is strictly prohibited without the express permission of each affected exhibitor.

Buyers are allowed to bring into Atlanta Market rolling briefcases and rolling laptop cases smaller than 12” (H) x 16” (W) x 5” (D). Rolling carts and luggage larger than the cases described above will need to be left at Luggage Check stations conveniently located throughout our campus. Please note these restrictions do not apply to exhibitors.

To help keep everyone moving, please pick up your rolling briefcases on escalators.

*Strollers are not permitted during January and July Markets

Conduct that interferes with the operations or management of Market or which endangers the health, safety or well-being of others is expressly prohibited.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in AmericasMart buildings including, without limitation, the parking garages and stairwells. Designated smoking areas can be found outside each building. Thank you for your cooperation.

Firearms, bladed weapons, explosives, batons, and other personal weapons are not permitted on the AmericasMart campus.

By registering, attending or participating in any ANDMORE meetings and activities, you consent to permit ANDMORE and its designees accessing, using and distributing your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and other recordings as well as your contact information and other data you provide to ANDMORE in connection with your registration, attendance or participation in any ANDMORE meetings and activities.
