Logistics Procedural Informational Fact Sheet
Please refer to this information when you have any questions concerning general move-in or move-out procedures. This will help you better understand the requirements of tenants and help AmericasMart tend to the needs of each individual tenant better.

Below is the following information that you will need to ship your product(s) to the Mart.
Building 1 — 240 Peachtree Street
Building 2 — 230 Spring Street
Building 2WW — 235 Williams Street
Building 3 — 250 Spring Street

Inbound Process
Here are a few very important procedures for shipping your product to our campuses. Follow these steps for a smoother transition:
- Always make a dock appointment.
- The docks do not accept C.O.D.’s without prior arrangements.
- Make you appointment at least 3 days in advance during market time.
- Be sure shipping/receiving is on your key authorization list.
Outbound Process
- Pack or repack your samples
- Label all units to be shipped.
- Fill out freight bill properly, include your Suite Number
- Turn in the completed freight bill to your appropriate logistics office. No faxed bills Please!
Transportation & Package
Please adhere to the following methods as they are for the safety of our employees and your product.
- All pallets must be no longer than 72” or wider than 48” and weigh no more than 2,000 lbs.
- All Crates should be same as pallets.
- All Rug Bales should be no longer or higher tan 72” and weigh no more than 150 lbs.
