Logistics Procedural Informational Fact Sheet

Please refer to this information when you have any questions concerning general move-in or move-out procedures. This will help you better understand the requirements of tenants and help AmericasMart® tend to the needs of each individual tenant better.

Below is the following information that you will need to ship your product(s) to the Mart.

Building 1 -- 240 Peachtree Street
Building 2 -- 230 Spring Street
Building 3 -- 250 Spring Street
Atlanta, GA 30303

*Please head this with your Company Name and Suite Number. *

Inbound Process

Here are a few very important procedures for shipping your product to our campuses. Follow these steps for a smoother transition:

  1. Always make a dock appointment.
  2. The docks do not accept C.O.D.'s without prior arrangements.
  3. Make you appointment at least 3 days in advance during market time.
  4. Be sure shipping/receiving is on your key authorization list.

Outbound Process

  1. Pack or repack your samples
  2. Label all units to be shipped.
  3. Fill out freight bill properly, include your Suite Number
  4. Turn in the completed freight bill to your appropriate logistics office. No faxed bills Please!

Transportation & Package

Please adhere to the following methods as they are for the safety of our employees and your product.

Feel free to use the carrier of your choice, but be aware that some carriers service the AMC Inc. complex more frequently. These carriers are: ABF, Roadway, Yellow, Wilson, R&L Carriers, and Explorer Air Trans.
