Important Facts for Permanent Showrooms - Concerning All Sample Sales

  1. Call to your Dock Office for all sample pick-ups that have been sold. The sooner the better.
  2. Label all samples you sell with a tag containing a buyer name and total number of prducts sold to that buyer, i.e. “1 of 4, 2 of 4”.
  3. Make sure that all product sold to any buyers are packed before a dock associate comes for a pick-up. The dock does not have packing materials available.
  4. All merchandise needs to be on the dock before the buyer can park at the dock. Also, the name on the receipt has to match a picture ID of the person making the pick-up unless otherwise noted.
  5. All samples must be pulled from showroom before closeing.
  6. The Docks are not resposible for damaged goods.
