Important Facts for Permanent Showrooms - Concerning All Sample Sales
- Call to your Dock Office for all sample pick-ups that have been sold. The sooner the better.
- Label all samples you sell with a tag containing a buyer name and total number of prducts sold to that buyer, i.e. “1 of 4, 2 of 4”.
- Make sure that all product sold to any buyers are packed before a dock associate comes for a pick-up. The dock does not have packing materials available.
- All merchandise needs to be on the dock before the buyer can park at the dock. Also, the name on the receipt has to match a picture ID of the person making the pick-up unless otherwise noted.
- All samples must be pulled from showroom before closeing.
- The Docks are not resposible for damaged goods.
