1. Where is the nearest pharmacy?

   Panacea Pharmacy is located inside the Peachtree Center Mall on Peachtree Street.  They offer free delivery to many of the local hotels as well as all AmericasMart buildings.  You can contact them by calling 404-602-0024 or by visiting their site: www.panaceapharmacy.net.

2. Can I bring my children?
   • Other than infants, as provided below, children under 12 years of age are not admitted on showroom or exhibit hall floors for any reason. No exceptions can be made.
   • Infants under the age of one year may enter with an adult. However, no strollers will be allowed. Infants must be carried in a baby carrier or sling while on the premises, and the parent or adult guardian will be required to sign a release waiving any liability on the part of AmericasMart in case of injury. The parent must show a copy of the release each time he or she returns with the infant.
   • Children between the ages of 12-18 are considered “guests” and will not be issued a Buyer’s badge. Proof of age is required for admission.
   • This policy applies to Buyers, to their guests, and to the guests of Exhibitors and of AmericasMart personnel. Exhibitors are encouraged to consult building Rules and Regulations for policies addressing admission of their own children.
3. How do I know which showrooms are open during non-market times?

   When looking through showroom directories, the  symbol identifies showrooms that are open between markets.  Please view our designated AmericasMart Showrooms Open Daily page.

4. Will I receive my badge before the show?

   Badges are not mailed out prior to market. You simply need to present your photo ID at the registration desk for expedited entry.

   AmericasMart Fast Badge offers quick and easy online registration for buyers and guests so you’ll spend less time at the Registration Desk on arrival.

5. Is there a charge to attend market?

   There is no charge for registered retailers to attend our markets.

6. Are guests allowed to attend market?

   A maximum of two (2) guests are allowed during Gift, Rug, and IDS markets. Please note badges will be given ONLY to essential business personnel, at AmericasMart’s discretion. Guest badges are $20 (cash only) per badge and are non-refundable. Valid photo ID required.  Please view our AmericasMart Admission Policies for more information.

7. Where do I park?

8. How do I contact security?

   Call 404-220-2553. AmericasMart Security is open 24 hours a day. Dial 911 in an emergency.

9. Do I have to re-qualify before each market?

   No. If you have attended a market in the last year, your account is current. Just present your photo ID and a business card at registration for admission.

10. What other shows does AMC, Inc. manage?

    In addition to 15 annual apparel, gift, home and rug markets, AMC, Inc. also manages LIGHTFAIR International, the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting show.

11. How do I make travel reservations using AmericasMart’s discounted rates?

    Exclusive discounted hotel and airfare rates are available to AmericasMart customers during market. To make your arrangements, visit AmericasMart Travel. You may also call our in-house travel service, onPeak, at 800.241.6405.

12. Do you provide shuttle service to/from hotels?

    Hotel shuttle service is available, but varies from market to market. The schedule for each market is published in the on-site Buyer’s Guide.

13. Are copies of The Atlanta Buyer’s Guide or Atlanta Apparel Guide available prior to market?

    No, these guides are distributed at-Market only. However, you may locate participating temporary exhibitors and permanent showrooms in the AmericasMart Exhibitor Directory. Temporary exhibitor information is removed 30 days after market.

14. Is photography allowed?

    No, all interior photography is strictly prohibited. To request AmericasMart Images & Logos, please contact AmericasMart Senior VP of Strategic Relations Mike Turnbull. 15. Is food service available at AmericasMart?

    Yes, there are numerous options available on-site during every show, check your Buyer’s Guide or Apparel Guide for current information. Click Here for AmericasMart Food Service Guide.

16. Where can I eat after show-hours?

    Visit our City Guide for things to do and see in Atlanta or go directly to our AmericasMart Dining Guide for a list of more then 40 restaurants within walking distance of the AmericasMart campus.

17. Are there shipping services available nearby?

    Yes, AmericasMart has on-site shipping service available from the USPS in AmericasMart 1. Other shipping providers are located in AmericasMart 3 on the eighth floor.

18. How do I take care of my personal business matters, such as checking email, sending faxes, etc?

    Buyer lounges are set-up in various locations during market, many of which will accommodate your needs; check your Buyer’s Guide or Apparel Guide for locations. There also Internet kiosks conveniently located right on the show floor during most markets.

19. What is Market Wednesday?

    Shop select showrooms in AmericasMart® 1 & 2 and take advantage of special discounts exclusive to Market Wednesday »! This unique program is held the first Wednesday of every non-gift Market month.

20. What is Corporate Friday?

    Corporate Friday is extended as a courtesy to businesses to take advantage of AmericasMart Apparel’s wholesale shopping. Please keep in mind the following:

    1. Corporate Friday attendees may gain access to AmericasMart Apparel (Building 3) with participating Apparel permanent showrooms only.
    2. Corporate Friday is not offered during market or the day before a Market starts.
    3. Corporate Friday Guests are only permitted in showrooms in Building Three with “Samples” signs displayed from 9:00am to 5:30p.m. Registration for Corporate Friday ends at 5:00.
    4. NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN ALLOWED.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
    5. In order to obtain a Corporate Friday courtesy pass, participants must adhere to the following:
       a. Participant must be 18 years or older.
       b. A business ID or a payroll stub with your name (card or picture Identification)
       c. Photo ID
    6. Corporate Friday dates are subject to change as Market Dates change.

21. How do I find AmericasMart showroom phone numbers?

    Phone numbers are listed in The Atlanta Buyer’s Guide and Atlanta Apparel Guide, distributed at every show. This information is also available online in the AmericasMart Exhibitor Directory.

22. Is childcare available during market?

    Childcare is not offered at AmericasMart Atlanta.

    A number of local companies provide childcare services during Markets. One such provider is TLC Sitters of Atlanta, Inc. who can be reached Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 770-410-4774. TLC Sitters of Atlanta, Inc. is an independent provider and is not affiliated in any way with AmericasMart-Atlanta.

23. Where is first-aid?

    First-aid is available only during markets. The first-aid office is located on the first floor of AmericasMart 1. In case of an emergency please dial security at 404-220-2553.

24. Are wheelchairs available?

    Wheelchairs are available during markets by making a reservation with Scoot Around at 888-441-7575. Advance reservations are suggested.

25. Is smoking allowed inside AmericasMart?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all public buildings. Please limit your smoking to outside or designated areas only.

26. What is the policy on cart/baggage?

    Your comfort, safety and mobility at Market are important. To help provide a safe and accessible environment for you and all who do business here, we have implemented the following policy:

    Buyers are allowed to bring rolling briefcases and rolling laptop cases smaller than 12” (H) x 16” (W) x 5” (D). Please note these size restrictions do not apply to exhibitors.

    To help keep everyone moving, please pick up your rolling briefcases on escalators. Rolling carts and rolling luggage larger than the cases described above will need to be left at Luggage Check stations conveniently located throughout our campus.

    This policy will be in effect during January, March, July and Fall Gift and Home Furnishings Markets and during all Apparel Markets, but does not apply during our Spring and Fall Immediate Delivery Shows.

27. Is AmericasMart open daily?

    Yes, AmericasMart is open daily year-round. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. Hours are extended during market times.  Please visit www.americasmart.com/opendaily.
