About Building 2 WestWing

Building 2 WestWing opened in January 2009. The 1.5 million square feet of new space includes ceiling heights that exceed 18 feet, high visibility exhibit halls, meeting rooms and permanent showrooms. The John Portman & Associates-designed structure is fully integrated with AmericasMart Building 2.

Building 2 WestWing also opened the door for two additional furniture floors in Building 1 and the expansion of AmericasMart’s Children’s World® to Floor 14 in Building 3, for two complete floors of children’s apparel and high-end juvenile product—the nation’s largest collection. These projects are slated to open in July 2009.
