Position Title: Apparel Leasing Intern
Supervisor: Gayle Gibbs
Title: Vice President of Leasing - Women’s Apparel & Children’s World
Department/Division: Apparel
Paid/Credit: Credit hours given as determined by curriculum

Position Description: (Duties, responsibilities, special projects, etc.)
Preparation for all markets (paperwork for vignettes, storage, signage, banners, etc.). Perform special projects for leasing team on a daily basis. Assist with lease admin process for leasing team. Assist with follow up phone calls and database management. Perform customer service duties during market including greeting customers, assisting with flyers, and signage as needed. Update and maintain customer line listings and relay the appropriate Market information to AMC customers.

Qualifications/Requirements: (i.e., education, technical skills)
Candidate should be an undergraduate (declared or undeclared) or graduate student with a degree in Business Management or Sales. Must be proficient in Microsoft suite. Effective verbal & written communication skills are needed.
