Admissions Representative

Position Title: Admissions Representative Intern
Supervisor: Wendy Baker
Title: Director of Registration & Customer Experience
Department/Division: Registration & Customer Experience
Paid/Credit: Credit hours given as determined by curriculum

Position Description: (List duties, responsibilities, special projects, etc.)
Intern will be involved in the full cycle of the customer service experience. The experience will include greeting and checking- in Americas Mart customers at the registration desks; inputting buyer data into the registration computer system and answering customer’s questions as they relate to AmericasMart’s services.

Qualifications/Requirements: (i.e., education, technical skills)
Candidate should be an undergraduate (declared or undeclared) or graduate student with a degree in Hospitality, Customer Service or Consumer related studies. Retail experience or knowledge and understanding of the retail/wholesale industry are preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills are mandatory.
