Cinda Baxter opened Detail, Ink. - a stationery and gift boutique in Minneapolis, Minn. - in 1994, following a flourishing career large scale events. Her resume includes three years as an Advisory Board Member for the National Stationery Show, two years as an Advisory Board Member for the Gift and Home Trade Association, two years as a Blue Ribbon Panel Judge for the Louie Awards, two time winner of the Retail Excellence Award, Charter Member of the National Stationery Show Delegates Program and a video host/trainer on the Gift and Home Channel.

She’s founded three pivotal groups within the stationery and gift industries: Brilliant Ink, a consortium of stationers dedicated to custom design; The Print Lab, a partnership between professional stationers and Epson; and RetailSpeaks, an online forum supporting independent storefront retailers.
