Robert J. (Bob) Ricciardi is founder and president of About Face Designs, Inc. (2 1310B). Before starting his own company, Ricciardi held numerous with Enesco Corporation starting in 1979 where he finished his tenure there as President — Sales & Marketing. In 1996, he became president of Ty, Inc., makers of Beanie Babies. In 1998, he formed About Face Designs. A veteran of numerous industry associations, he’s served on the boards of several trade shows as well as the Frances Hook Scholarship Fund.
